There is no ranking here on purpose: a slow card left on all week and a fast one lent for an afternoon are different kinds of generosity and the arithmetic that would order them is a matter of taste. Credit is by mark. A mark is a hash whose text only its donor knows, so a contributor is anonymous by default and named only if they asked to be.
